Business activity with countries outside of the U.S. or U.S. territories includes importing or exporting goods, maintaining company office locations, sending/receiving international wires, or collecting/donating funds for charities or organizations.

There are two ways to enroll in Preferred Rewards for Business.

Early Enrollment: If this is your first checking account with us (or if you haven't had one in the last 12 months), you can qualify by meeting the program requirements within 30 days of account opening.
Standard Enrollment: If you already have a checking account and have a three-month combined average daily balance of $20,000 or more in qualifying business accounts, you can enroll in the program now by visiting Preferred Rewards for Business.

If you don’t qualify in either way, you can enroll in the program later, once you meet the requirements for Standard Enrollment. If you qualify for Early Enrollment, and agree below, you will automatically be enrolled when you have combined balances of $20,000 or more within 30 days of account opening.

Your enrollment tier is based on your combined balances in your qualifying Bank of America business deposit and/or Merrill^® business investment accounts.

As part of your online application, certain laws require us to provide certain account information to you, and you have a right to receive it on paper. Your consent to receiving account information electronically covers all disclosures, notices and communications regarding your application or any resulting account. Consent Coverage; Notices From You Are Not Covered. Applicable law or contracts sometimes require you to give us "written" notices, and your consent does not relate to those items. In order to coordinate our processing, you must still provide us notice on paper.
