User levels establish the type of access that can be granted to accounts and services established by the business owner. There are 2 user levels: User and Administrator. All users and administrators are identified with a unique online ID and password.

If a user is granted Administrative privileges, he/she will be able to create and edit other user profiles with access rights equal to or less than their own levels of access. Administrators are not eligible to enroll in other online business services or grant levels of access to other users that they do not already possess.

For Customers with only a Small Business Credit Card account, users have view-only access to the account. Users who are established as Administrators will have the ability to make payments to the card. Only Business owners can delegate administrator privileges to users.

View access allows a user to view balances and account activity, as well as transact with any General Services settings that are selected. Further access can be granted at the individual account level to view check images and statements.

Transactional access allows a user to view balances and account activity and to transfer money and/or pay bills according to selected account-level transactional settings and General Service settings. This includes the ability to send and/or receive money online using an account number, even to or from the user's personal accounts or accounts of third parties, for the benefit of the user. Currently sub users are not able to initiate or modify payments via Zelle. Signers and owners have the ability to order new or replacement debit cards.

For Customers with only a Small Business Credit Card account, user access to the account is either "ON" or "OFF".

Users will have the following access if the account setting is "ON":

• View balances and account activity
• View statements

Full Access Bill Pay enables the user to view transactions and make payments from all designated "pay from" accounts established by the business owner. Users can also manage payees, set up recurring payments and manage eBills. Full Access Bill Pay Service users will be able to make Bill Pay payments with their mobile device.

Limited Access Bill Pay allows the user to access only the accounts the owner specifies for Bill Pay purposes. Users can make one-time payments to existing payees and are not able to manage eBills. Limited Access Bill Pay is available in the online channel only.

• General Services are global settings that may affect more than one account and may also confer additional view and transactional access at the account level. General Services include Direct Payments, and either Full Service Bill Pay or Payments and Invoicing. User access can be established for any General Services the business owner has enrolled in using their online ID and password.
• Account settings establish the type of access a user has to an individual account. When the account is turned "ON", the user will automatically be able to view balances and account activity as well as transact with any General Services settings that have been enabled. Account settings can be further defined to view check or statement images and/or to enable the user to transfer funds or pay bills specifically from that account. This includes the ability to send and/or receive money online using an account number, even to or from the user's personal accounts or accounts of third parties, for the benefit of the user. 
• For clients with Bill Pay or Direct Payments, accounts that are designated as "pay from" accounts will automatically be turned ON when Full Service Bill Pay and/or Direct Payments have been enabled. To turn OFF those accounts, the General Services permissions must first be turned OFF.

For clients enrolled in Merchant Services, sub users can be given various access levels to help manage the Merchant relationship:

• Full access
• View Only access
• Virtual Terminal access

For clients enrolled in Remote Deposit Online there is no sub-user access.
